Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Content OS at the-content-os.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: matt@matt-penny.com.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys safe; anything done with them is treated as done by you. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use Content OS.

Your content

You own what you put into Content OS. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

Connected services

When you connect YouTube, YouTube Analytics or Instagram, you must have the right to access those accounts, and you remain bound by those services' own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Stats come from those services and may be delayed or incomplete.

Acceptable use

Don't use Content OS to break the law, to access accounts or data that aren't yours, to send spam or malicious links through short links, or to disrupt the service or overload it through the API.

The service

Content OS is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your account

You can stop using Content OS at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app first.
